Original 1941 recipe

Grind the pork fat twice on its own, then the cut-up meat with the salt and potato starch 6 times.
Work the dough a little in a bowl and thin it with the boiled cold milk little by little until the dough is suitably firm; now first stir in the pork fat and spices.
Form the forcemeat into ordinary cakes; we may as well call them meatballs of chicken.
Fry nicely brown and serve with vegetables; for example, sauerkraut or stewed kale is excellent.
