Bruk konsumsprit beregnet for næringsmidler.
Boil the sugar syrup
Boil the water and sugar slowly for a quarter of an hour. Skim off the foam and strain the syrup.
Add spirit and essence
Once the sugar syrup is completely cold, add the spirit and the almond drops. Stir well together.
Bottle and store
Pour the liqueur into clean bottles and cork them. Let it mature for a few weeks before serving.
Mengder omregnet til metrisk (½ l = 5 dl). «Mandeldraaber» forklart som bitter mandelessens. «Spiritus» presisert som nøytral konsumsprit. Fremgangsmåten er uendret.
