Rub the peel against the sugar
Rub the peel of the washed oranges against the sugar so the oil and aroma settle into the sugar.
Boil
Add the water and let boil for 5 minutes.
Mix in juice and acid
Once it is cold, mix in the juice of the oranges together with the citric acid dissolved in 0.5 dl of water.
Steep and strain
Let stand for 2 days before it is strained and poured into bottles.
