Bake the base
Whisk everything together and pour into a greased, ovenproof dish. Bake pale golden in a hot oven for about 15 minutes.
Make the creamed fish
On top goes the following creamed sauce and fish balls: 30 g butter, 40 g flour, 2 dl fish stock, 2 dl whole milk, salt, 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley. From this make a white sauce and warm the fish balls in it.
Assemble
When serving, place this creamed mixture on top of the baked base in the dish. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley or chives.
Optional additions
If you are able to make the creamed sauce finer, you can add shrimp, asparagus or mushrooms.
