Mince or grind the trimmed meat (about 600 g) once; divide it into 6 equal parts.
Chop each part well on the board into somewhat oblong squares; top with the cleaned, finely chopped suet; sprinkle a little of the mixed spices on each part; roll up tightly, tie with string, and brown in a pan in the browned margarine.
Pour on enough boiling water to cover the rolls; simmer gently for ½ to ¾ hour.
If the sauce is not thick enough, it may be thickened with a heaped teaspoon of wheat flour stirred into ½ dcl of cold water.
