Make the rosehip porridge
Soak the rosehips or the powder overnight in 1 litre of water. The dried rosehips then cook in the soaking water for about ¾ hour, the rosehip powder for 5 minutes, both covered. Strain and press out as much as possible. For 1 litre of pulp use about 1½ dl sugar. Thicken the porridge with 60 g potato starch stirred out in cold water. Give the porridge a quick boil. Serve with cream-milk.
