Mix the liquid
Whisk together the cordial, the water, the squeezed lemon juice and the vanilla powder, cold.

Add the gelatine
Whisk in the gelatine dissolved in 1 dl water. Add sugar to taste.

Mould and set
Pour the jelly into a dampened mould and turn it out when it has set.
