Original 1941 recipe

The mixed flour, add salt, the raw, grated potatoes and the yeast stirred out with the lukewarm milk.
If you want to use tartaric acid or a knifepoint of rosehip powder, put this into the dry flour.
Work the dough until smooth for about ¼ hour and set it to rise for 2 hours.
Work the dough and place it in two well-greased tins, let it rise and then bake for about 2 hours in a not-too-hot oven; perhaps it is better to say low heat, not least the top heat.
