Make the syrup
Put the crushed sugar in a bowl. Add the juice of the lemons and oranges and the water, and stir well.

Add the wine
Stir constantly while pouring in the wine a little at a time. Then add the rum and soda water.

Serve
Set the bowl on ice and serve ice cold.
