Brown the pork
Brown the diced pork nicely, but not hard.
Brown the vegetables
Brown the diced swede and potatoes in the pork fat and the margarine. Add pepper, salt and onion to taste.
Cook
Add the potato water and cook everything until tender, but not mushy.
Serve
Serve with flatbread.
