Revised 1949 recipe
From the revised edition of the Big Cookbook.

Small round bouchées of butter pastry, baked and hollowed out, filled just before serving with a mixture of caviar, tomato sauce, a little onion cooked in butter, and lemon juice. From Erken's Stor kokebok (1949), p. 25.

The dish uses the butter pastry from the preceding recipe; Erken gives it a French title (Bouchées au Caviar).
Cut out the bouchées
Roll the pastry out to 1 cm thickness and cut out round cakes, about 2 inches (about 5 cm) across, with a cutter dipped in hot water.
Cut lids and bake
With a smaller ring dipped in hot water, cut a groove one third of the way through. Score the middle with a fine pointed knife and bake in a hot oven (about 220 C).
Make the filling
Cook the onion and butter for a moment. Stir in the caviar, tomato sauce and lemon juice.
Fill and serve
Lift the lids off the baked bouchées and scrape out the insides. Fill them just before serving, put the lids on and garnish with fried parsley. Serve on a slightly deep dish.
Old measures converted to dl, tbsp and tsp. The text was split over two pages and has been merged. Time excludes the pastry itself; oven interpreted as about 220 C.
