Drying blueberries: 3 days of air or sun drying, then 4–6 hours on the top shelf of the drying oven.

Prepare the berries
Use only fresh, flawless blueberries. Carefully pick them clean of leaves and debris.
Air dry
Let the berries air dry or sun dry for 3 days.
Finish in the drying oven
Place the berries on the top shelf of the drying oven and dry them for 4 to 6 hours.
The language in the steps has been modernized; no amounts have been changed. The drying apparatus is described as a drying oven/drying cabinet.
