Slice the bread
Cut the loaf into not-too-thick slices.
Spread with anchovy butter
Beat the butter with the cleaned, finely mashed anchovies and spread it on the bread.
Garnish
Rub the hard-boiled egg yolks fine and stir in the oil and the finely chopped parsley. Garnish the sandwiches with this, alternating with finely cut anchovy.
