The invalid-cookery chapter has several simple salads without salt or strong seasoning; two of them are gathered here.
Salad 1: make marinade
Mix the marinade from ½ tbsp cooking oil (kronolje) and ¾ tbsp lemon juice.
Salad 1: mix
Turn apples, grated carrots and finely shredded cabbage in the marinade and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
Salad 2: cut
Dice the potatoes, stick of celery and lettuce leaves. Chop the onion and parsley.
Salad 2: mix and garnish
Mix everything in sour mayonnaise and garnish with strips of beetroot.
The text gives two different salads under the same title, merged into one recipe with two parts. "kronolje" is read as cooking oil. The potatoes are not said to be boiled, but this is the natural reading in a salad.
