How to make it

    Boil the radishes

    Clean the radishes and boil them tender in boiling, salted water. Save the cooking liquid.

    Make the sauce

    Stir the butter and flour together, thin with the radish liquid and the bouillon, and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.

    Combine

    Fold the radishes into the sauce, sprinkle the parsley over, and salt to taste.
