About the dish

The simplest form of preserved cloudberries: the berries are cooked gently with sugar and filled hot into jars. Cloudberries contain a lot of benzoic acid and therefore keep well even with little sugar.

How to make it

    Put the cloudberries in the pot with the sugar and let it cook slowly for 15 minutes.

    Fill the boiling berries into clean, warm jars.

    Cover the jars immediately and let them stand cool.
