Marzipan Carrots

Marzipan carrots: marzipan is kneaded yellow-red, rolled at an angle into a carrot shape, marked with the back of a knife, and topped with green; white roots from plain paste.

How to make it

    Color the paste

    Knead the marzipan paste with a little yellow and a little red coloring to a nice carrot color.

    Shape

    Roll the paste into balls, then roll them at an angle between your hands until they take the shape of carrots.

    Mark

    Make lines across the carrot with the back of a knife.

    Top

    Set a little green in the blunt end. White roots are made the same way from plain marzipan.
