Coffee for the sick: 1 heaping tsp freshly ground coffee per cup, served with thick cream and crystallose (a sweetener) instead of sugar.

Grind the coffee
Preferably roast and grind the coffee yourself just before use.
Brew the coffee
Use 1 heaping teaspoon of coffee per cup and brew the coffee in the usual way.
Serve
Pour in thick cream and sweeten with crystallose.
Crystallose given as a modern sweetener. Roasting the coffee beans is kept as a recommendation, but pre-roasted coffee can be used.
