Fish with macaroni

Mix
Mix the cooked, flaked fish with the cooked macaroni. Stir in the milk, the beaten egg, pepper and salt to taste, and half of the grated cheese.

Bake
Put the mixture in a greased dish. Dot the butter on top in small pieces and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over. Bake in the oven for a quarter of an hour, or until light brown.

Serve
Serve with parsley sauce, white sauce or Colbert sauce.
