How to make it

  1. 1

    Whisk the mixture

Whisk the eggs and milk together. Whisk in the flour and add the salt.

  2. 2

    Heat the pan

Slowly heat an iron pan or small saucepan and melt the butter in it.

  3. 3

    Stir over low heat

Whisk the egg mixture vigorously again and pour it into the pan. Place over low heat and gently stir up with a wooden spoon as it sets on the bottom, so that fresh thin mixture runs down and sets.

  4. 4

    Serve immediately

When everything has set without becoming too hard, the scrambled eggs are ready and should be served at once.
