About the dish

A completely simple marmalade in which berries and sugar are put on at the same time and simmered to the right thickness. The recipe continues on the next page in the original.

How to make it

    Put on to cook

    Put the cleaned berries and the sugar into the preserving pot at the same time.

    Simmer

    Let the marmalade simmer while stirring for about 45 minutes.

    Skim and fill

    Skim the marmalade and pour it up into clean glasses or jars.
