  • Browning for Soups (Caramel Coloring)

    Browning soups (caramel) per Erken (1914): brown meat and bones, or use homemade caramel coloring of sugar boiled dark brown. Keeps in a bottle.

  • Soup Bundle (Herb Bouquet)

    Bouquet garni from Erken (1914): parsley, celery leaf, thyme and bay leaf tied with string dipped in boiling water. Used for stock, soups and sauces.
