Oat Soup

Cheap and nourishing oat soup: 3 tbsp oat flour is stirred out in a little water, boiled 5 minutes in 1 l water, then 1 l boiling milk is added and it is seasoned with salt and sugar. Erken recommends it for children in the morning instead of coffee.

How to make it

    Stir out the flour

    Stir the oat flour out in a little of the cold water to a smooth paste.

    Bring the rest of the water to a boil, stir in the paste, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

    Bring the milk to a boil and stir it into the soup. Give it all a boil-up.
