The loaf is made specially for rolled sandwiches and needs no brushing when it is to be sliced.
Mix the dry ingredients
Mix flour, salt and sugar. Crumble in the margarine.
Knead and rise
Stir the yeast into a little of the lukewarm milk and work everything together quickly. Leave the dough until doubled in size.
Shape
Work the dough into one loaf and put it in a greased long tin. Let it rise well.
Bake
Brush with leftover egg or milk if you like. Bake in a good hot oven (about 225 °C (435 °F) / 435 °F) until risen and nicely brown, about 25–30 minutes. If the loaf is to be sliced for sandwiches, no brushing is needed.
«del.» is converted to dl and «good, hot oven» read as about 225 °C (435 °F). «½ small spoon» of margarine is read as ½ tsp (uncertain).
