About the dish

How to make it

    Cut up the apples

    Wipe the apples clean. They should be neither peeled nor cored. Cut them into pieces.

    Place in the jug

    Place the apple pieces in a jug together with the sugar and lemon peel.

    Steep

    Pour the boiling water over, cover, and let stand until completely cold.

    Strain

    Strain the drink and serve.
