About the dish
The sandwich combines banana with tomato and lettuce and is finished with sieved hard-boiled egg yolk.

Cut and arrange
Cut bananas, tomatoes and lettuce leaves into strips and lay them alternately on the bread.

Press a hard-boiled egg yolk through a fine sieve directly onto the bread.

The original gives no quantities. The egg yolk is given as 1, as the text says «a hard-boiled egg yolk».
